E-Safety
E-Safety information for Parents and Carers
The internet is one of the most important resources of the modern world. We all use the internet on
a daily basis for communication, entertainment and in our jobs.
Keeping children safe while using the internet (E-safety) is absolutely vital and we here at The
Willows are committed to providing education and support to children and their families wherever
we can.
E-Safety is all about being positive in how we use the internet, while reducing the risks to which we
can be exposed through misunderstanding or misuse. Below you will find some links to information
and guidance we hope you will find useful.

messages. New apps are created all the time and some are definitely better than others. There are
several listed here including a description of their function.
